Lejla Sehic, AIF® (she/her/hers) is VP of Operations and Business Process for Broadridge Fi360 Solutions. Part of Fi360’s executive leadership team, Lejla oversees operations, client relationship management and product operations teams that deliver the suite of products and solutions to the Fi360 client base. She is also accountable for organizational design and transformation, and implementation of business strategies, plans and procedures needed for long term growth.
Lejla has over 24 years of financial services industry experience across varied functions. Her experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business solutions, driving profitable revenue growth, outstanding client service and optimizing operations. Prior to joining Broadridge Fi360 in 2021, she was the Global Business Manager for a multi-billion-dollar Asset Owner business with BNY Mellon. Prior to that, Lejla was the Head of Digital Client Experience with BNY Mellon’s Treasury Services business. She was also a Principal Product Manager with Strategy and Product Management of BNY Mellon's Corporate Trust business. She spent 10 years in Asset Servicing as a Client Service Manager. Lejla started her professional tenure in a Lockbox business unit as a weekend processor while still in High School.
Lejla has a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. She serves as the co-chair of the Women's Leadership Forum for Broadridge Retirement and Workplace Solutions. At BNY Mellon, Lejla was the Global COO of a Business Resource Group focused on recruitment, advancement, and retention of multicultural employees. She's the vice-chair of the board for the South Hills Interfaith Movement (SHIM) and is a member of SHIM’s Strategic committee. She volunteers as a mentor to refugee High School girls every week.
Lejla was chosen as one of Pittsburgh’s 40 Under 40 awardees as a recognition of career accomplishments and philanthropic commitment to the Pittsburgh region. She was also recognized as EMPower and Yahoo Finance Top 10 HERoes Future Female Leaders for making significant contributions to gender diversity at work.
Lejla was born in Bosnia and lived in Croatia, Hungary, and Germany prior to moving to the United States 24 years ago. She speaks Bosnian and German. Outside of work, she enjoys photography and spending time with her two daughters that are 11 and 8 years old, and her family and friends.

Alicia Austin, AIF®, PPC® (she/her/hers) is the Director of Client Services for Fi360 Solutions. Part of Fi360’s Client Services Team, Alicia oversees all inbound client communications on Fi360’s solutions, including software and technology toolsets, learning, development and certification solutions, and the growing data and analytics capabilities.
With over 15 years of client service experience, Alicia is focused on providing exceptional client service that exceeds client expectations. Alicia began her tenure as a Client Service Agent and her drive to provide and advocate for the best client experience have resulted in her leadership of the Client Engagement Team for over three years. Prior to joining Broadridge Fi360 Solutions, Alicia worked in a multitude of client-facing roles in multiple industries.

Alicia was born and raised in rural Pennsylvania but now lives in Pittsburgh, PA. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, specifically camping and running, as she has completed several half-marathons and full marathons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Linda Groden, AIF® (she/her/hers) is the Manager of Client Success for Fi360 Solutions. Linda oversees a team that specializes in client onboarding, retention, portfolio data integration, and learning and development trainee management.
Linda has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry with a focus on client relationship management, software training, and client retention. Prior to working for Fi360 Solutions, Linda managed a software solution, IPS AdvisorPro®, for the co-founders (practicing financial advisors) for over 6 years – until the solution was acquired by Fi360.
Additionally, Linda has over 25 years of experience with client relationships in the medical field, sales, and social services. Linda is married and enjoys her family, including 5 children and 7 grandchildren, and loves animals (especially dogs).

Ariana Carrington, PPC® (she/her/hers) is a Senior Client Relationship Manager for Broadridge Fi360 Solutions. In this role, Ariana manages our key enterprise relationships, acting as the dedicated point of contact ensuring our clients' success across all of their products and solutions.
Ariana joined the Fi360 family in the summer of 2018 as a member of the Client Engagement Team. She was quickly promoted to Senior level where she was a primary escalation point for any support related matters and worked with internal teams to resolve problems. Her extensive knowledge of our product offerings and exceptional customer service skills allowed for an easy transition over to Relationship Management. She was promoted to Senior for this role within her first year and continues to grow here with Broadridge.
Ariana is an active Professional Plan Consultant® (PPC®) Designee and is currently working towards earning her Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) Designation. She attended Pittsburgh Technical Institute where she earned degrees in both Criminal Justice and Business Administration: Accounting before attending Robert Morris University to graduate with honors and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, watching true crime documentaries and spending time with her 3 children.

Andy Dick (he/him/his) serves as a Client Relationship Manager at Broadridge Fi360 Solutions. He is responsible for developing and maintaining lasting relationships with enterprise clients. His main focuses are on strengthening client relationships to ensure that their specific business needs are met, maintain client satisfaction with Fi360 tools and services, and ensure Fi360’s ability to assist in overcoming a client’s business challenges.
Prior to Broadridge and Fi360 in 2014, Andy was 1 of 5 employees at The Center for Fiduciary Management (CFFM), an investment management technology provider for retirement plan advisors based out of Overland Park, KS. At CFFM, Andy was the Client Solution Analyst, where he maintained software requirements, supporting and training customers, testing system enhancements, developing training programs and documentation.
In addition to his industry experience, Andy has a BA in Sport Management and Minor in Business from Washburn University (Topeka, KS). Andy leads the Soldier Family Readiness Group (SFRG) for the U.S. Army Medical Department Activity (MEDDAC) in Fort Irwin, CA.

Alexandra (Alex) Janocha, AIF® (she/her/hers) is the Director of Designee Operations and Continuing Education for Broadridge Fi360. In this role, Alex is responsible for managing retention and engagement of our designee clients through curating designee-related content and continuing education webinars, crafting and implementing designee strategy, and advocating for excellence in the designee experience.
Alex began her career at Fi360 in 2011 as a Client Engagement Specialist. She was quickly promoted to manage the designee experience and retention. Alex has since revitalized the retention of our designee clients and contributed significantly to the growth of our designee base. She is instrumental in many efforts affecting our designee clients and is responsible for the organization strategy and execution of continuing education. Alex created and manages our Fi360 CE Provider program and is an active member of our conference committee ensuring our attendees have an excellent educational program and experience.

Alex studied Political Science and History at Chatham University and the University of Granada in Granada, Spain. She loves languages and is fluent in Spanish, French and Italian, is conversational in Portuguese and is currently working on learning Russian. Alex has her ESL teaching certificate and volunteers tutoring services for children whose first language is not English.
Karolyn Tornabene (she/her/hers) is a Product Operations Specialist for Broadridge Fi360 Solutions. In this role Karolyn works with her team members to ensure the data that feeds our Business Intelligence and Data Aggregation products is uploaded and processed timely and correctly into our platforms. In addition, she works with our Relationship Managers to ensure set up and ongoing relationships with our enterprise clients run smoothly.
Karolyn started her Fi360 journey in 2018 as a Client Engagement Specialist. She then moved on to our Integrations team before landing in Product Operations. Since starting at Fi360 she has gained knowledge and a love for the Fintech industry. She intends to continue to expand her knowledge and expertise within Fi360.
Karolyn is currently working on obtaining her FEA® and intends to test for the AIF® next fall. She is an active member of B.PRIDE and the Women’s Leadership Forum Affinity Networks within Broadridge. In her spare time she enjoys photography and crafts. She also enjoys spending time with her son Dominik (15), her beabull Hamilton aka Ham, friends, and family.
