Importing Client Accounts from an Integration Partner

Once you have been notified by Fi360 that your provider data is available (per your integration request), please follow these steps to connect the data within the Fiduciary Focus Toolkit:

  • if you have not yet created any clients, click on Clients from your dashboard
  • use the orange button in the upper right to create the client, i.e, name and client-type; you will be advanced to the client accounts screen 
  • over to the right on this screen, click the orange button labeled ADD NEW ACCOUNT, and in the panel that opens check the box to import from the integration provider
  • from here you can use the drop down to select the provider account, etc., to connect with your client's account

 

  • if you already have created a client that you wish to connect to the integration provider
  • click on Clients from the dashboard, and then click the client you wish to work with - and you will land on the client accounts screen
  • over to the right on this screen, click the orange button labeled ADD NEW ACCOUNT, and in the panel that opens check the box to import from the integration provider
  • from here you can use the drop down to select the provider account, etc., to connect with your client's account
