Fi360 is committed to fair and uniform application of its policies and procedures to all parties. Exceptions are granted, rarely, only when justified by extraordinary circumstances that can be supported with documentation.
To request an exception, please submit a written description containing:
- The policy for which an exception is being requested
- An explanation in favor of an exception
- Documentation of the extraordinary circumstance(s) justifying an exception
All policy exception requests will be reviewed by the Professional Development department, and should be submitted to Fi360support@broadridge.com
. Please allow ten (10) business days for a written decision from Fi360. All decisions are final.
