The following step-by-step guide is intended to walk a user through the process of reducing the number of pages in a PDF by utilizing the Print to PDF feature.
- When a PDF is open, select menu in the top left corner and then click Print
- In the field for Printer, select Microsoft Print to PDF
- Change the Pages to Print from All to the specific pages
- Pages can be a range 1-5 or comma separated 1,3,5
- Once complete, click Print in the bottom right corner and select where to save the document
