We are aware of some confusion regarding the verbiage used in our third-party Learning Management System. Upon completion of one section of the course, you will receive a notification that says “Lesson Complete. Looks like you’ve already completed this lesson.”
It is important to note that each course is broken down into specific lessons. The appearance of the “Lesson Complete” message indicates that you’ve completed that section of the course.
To proceed to the next part of the course, choose one of the below actions:
1) Select the next lesson directly from the list of course sections (outlined in green)
2) Click the “Next” arrow located on the top of the course breakdown (outlined in purple)
3) Close and reopen the course (outlined in red)
