Can I opt out of migrating my data?
We are beginning the migration of our clients now in preparation for the overall shutdown of the FiRMPlus software solution. We are processing the migration in waves based on feature usage parity with our Fiduciary Focus Toolkit solution. Should you have a specific functionality that you need to continue using, and is not yet available in the Toolkit, please let your Concierge know and we may be able to move you to a future wave.
How will i know when i am being migrated?
We are beginning the migration of our clients now in preparation for the overall shutdown of the FiRMPlus software solution, and we are processing the migration in waves based on feature usage parity with our Fiduciary Focus Toolkit solution. Your assigned Migration Concierge will reach out to you before the wave begins to notify you. They will also provide you with a specific timeline for when we expect your data to be loaded into your Fiduciary Focus Toolkit account.
WHAT WILL MIGRATE? WHAT WILL NOT?
We are focused on migrating functionality that is utilized in FiRM, but also adding more features and capabilities than currently exists in FiRM.
The below items will migrate:
- Client Accounts/Plans
- Custom Investments Watch List Triggers/Evaluation Criteria*
- Investment Commentary
- Report Templates
- Select Lists
- Custom Sections
- Cost Profiles/Fees*
*The number of Triggers and Cost Profiles the Concierge migrates will be decided on a case-by-case basis after conversation with client.
The below items will migrate on a case-by-case basis:
- Custom Branding
- Meeting/Client Notes
- Proposals/Additional Lineups
- Models
The below items will migrate on a case-by-case basis:
- Revenue Sharing
- Vault Documents
- Plan Contacts
- Activity Logs
- Lineup Templates
- Uploaded IPS Documents
If an item is not listed above, it should be considered case-by-case
Will my login credentials change?
Yes. The Fiduciary Focus Toolkit is housed on a completely different website and Platform. Your Migration Concierge will provide those details to you upon completion of your data migration.
What training is being provided on the new software?
Along with a vast collection of carefully crafted Help Desk articles and videos, we will be hosting scheduled Webinars for all Wave participants to review your new Software in depth. These will also be recorded and posted for your on-demand viewing. Additionally, you will continue to have a direct line of communication with your Migration Concierge for multiple weeks after the migration process is complete for any specific questions you may come across.
