- Click on Application Management (gear icon in top right corner).
- Select Cost Profiles from the options on the left.

To create your own cost profile, click on '+NEW PROFILE' in the top right corner of your screen.

Enter the Cost Profile Name, Description (optional), Service Provider Name, choose the Service Category, and check all the services that apply.

Click the 'next' button and begin to construct your costs. There are five (5) methods to choose from: Basis Points, Flat Fee, Revenue Sharing, Per Active Participant, and Fee Schedule. You can edit other metrics within this screen (frequency, payments made, etc.), and you have the ability to use multiple methods for one cost profile.
PLEASE NOTE: when entering basis points, please do not use decimals, use whole numbers only. -
After you finish completing your costs, click the 'save' button and you will be able to use the Cost Profile to create a Cost Report.
Edit and Existing Cost Profile

Click the 3 Vertical Dots to the far right of the profile.

Select Edit.

The viewer box will reappear and you can make any necessary changes to your profile.
Please note any edits made to a Cost Profile will apply to all Cost Reports utilizing that specific Cost Profile. This includes edits made within the client.
