Description: A secure portal is available for advisors’ clients to access documents uploaded into the Fiduciary Vault. Users of the Fiduciary Focus Toolkit can add or remove a client’s access to the Client Portal.
Benefit: The Client Portal eliminates the need for alternate document-sharing methods, providing a seamless and professional way to distribute monitoring reports and other key documents. Advisors can save and share important client documents in one location.

Configuring the Client Portal:
Setting Up Client Access: Access to the client portal is granted by including an email address in the “Client Email” field when adding or editing a client in the Fiduciary Focus Toolkit. When an email is added, user will be prompted and must accept the Terms and Guidelines for the Client Portal. Once an email has been added to a client, that client will have access to all documents uploaded to the vault in the Fiduciary Focus Toolkit. An email address can be assigned to one or multiple clients. Broadridge does not notify client that they have been setup with access to the Client Portal. It is the responsibility of the Fiduciary Focus Toolkit user to notify the client of their access and instructions on logging in. A template email has been created below for notifying the client that they have been set up with access to the Client Portal.
In addition to adding the email to a single client as shown above, a user can also bulk add/update client emails using our download/upload capability from the main table. Start by downloading your current client list.
Once downloaded, you can open and edit the EXCEL as needed. You can then import the adjusted EXCEL to process the updates in bulk.
Client Portal Setup Template Email
When an email address has been added to a client in the Fiduciary Focus Toolkit to enable access to the Client Portal, it is the advisor’s responsibility to notify the client they have been setup and how to access the Client Portal. Below is a template email Broadridge has put together that includes links and instructions for the client to access the Client Portal.
Dear (Client Name), You have been setup with an account to access the Broadridge Client Portal. Before you can log into the Client Portal, you need to set a password for your account. Please visit the link above or clientportal.fi360.com. Using your email address as the username and the Reset Your Password feature, you can set a password for Client Portal access.
Login Email Address – (Client Email Address)
If you have any questions or trouble accessing the Client Portal, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you, (Advisor Name)
Note: If the Client Portal feature is not enabled by a broker dealer, adding a client email will not allow that user to access the Client Portal.
Removing Client Access: To remove client access, simply edit a client, remove their email address and click to update that client. If that client has established a login to the Client
Portal and is removed from a client, they will still be able to access the Client Portal but will not see the vault documents for client they were removed.
Client Portal Account Configuration:
Accessing the Client Portal: The client portal can be accessed at clientportal.fi360.com
To set up an account within the Client Portal, the client will need to utilize the “Reset Your Password” feature to establish a password. The email address used in the Fiduciary Focus Toolkit to set up access will be the username for that client.
Client Portal Functionality: Inside the Client Portal, the client can download any documents that have been uploaded to the respective client’s vault in the Fiduciary Focus Toolkit. If the client’s email address is assigned to more than one Fiduciary Focus Toolkit client, there will be a dropdown menu at the top of the page to switch clients (see red square). To download documents, the client would simply select the checkbox in the left column and click the download button (circled in red).
