Q: How do I change the Assets as of date?
A: When in the account, click the pencil on the assets table. The option to update the assets as of date will appear on the top left of that table. Use the calendar to update the date and click "save".
Q: Why can't I add any more clients?
A: If you are receiving a notification indicating that you cannot add any more monitored clients, you have reached your subscription limits. To learn more about how to upgrade your subscription, click here.

Q: I archived a client on accident. How do I get it back?
A: Click on the down carat (upper left of the client list, below the Clients tab), click on the Archived Clients tab, then click on the arrow icon to the right of the client you wish to restore. Please note, your accounts will be recovered without an Investment Policy.
