As a result of your valuable feedback, we have added the capability for self-management of your subscriptions. This will include:
- View your current subscription details
- Change your billing from Annual to Monthly or vice versa
- Adding new software trials or subscriptions of our other available products
- Updating current subscriptions, such as increasing the number of users for your accounts
- The ability to update payment information, such as a new credit card or ACH payment set-up
- Download/print a copy of your receipt/invoice
- Reassigning the ‘Billing User’ on your account

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION/S
PLEASE NOTE: This must be done by the BILLING USER on your account. If you are not the Billing User, you will not have access to this view.
Log into your account by clicking LAUNCH for the product/app whose subscription you wish to manage. Once you are logged into the product/app, click on the gear icon in the upper right of your screen:
Click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab in the upper left of your screen:
To modify your subscription, click on MODIFY SUBSCRIPTION:
Once clicked you will be able to:
- View the status of your subscription (i.e., when it is due to renew next)
- Change the subscription license type (to add users, etc.)
- Change the billing cycle from annual to monthly, or the monthly to annual
- Add new software trials/subscriptions
To add a new software product (trial or purchase), you can make your selection, agree to the payment terms and start your trial/subscription, as follows:
UPDATING/ADDING PAYMENT DETAILS
PLEASE NOTE: This must be done by the BILLING USER on your account. If you are not the Billing User, you will not have access to this view.
Also, on the SUBSCRIPTIONS screen, to the right, you can access your BILLING PORTAL where you can:
- Update your credit card
- Add a different payment method, for example: provide ACH payment details
- Pay an Invoice (Not on Auto-Renew or Past Due)
- Download your receipt/invoice
To update your credit card, click on the Pencil Icon under the CURRENT PLAN heading (for the current plan you wish to edit the payment information for):
then you will see:
To add a different Payment Method, such as ACH, under the heading PAYMENT METHOD click on Add Payment Method:
Here you will be able to click on US bank account to add details for ACH (auto-withdrawal from your bank account):
You will have a prompt to search for your bank and then proceed with adding the applicable details:
PLEASE NOTE: the updated payment information will apply to FUTURE invoices that are generated. For those previously generated you may be prompted to enter the payment details again.
PAYING AN INVOICE (NOT ON AUTO-RENEW or PAST DUE)
After entering your Billing Portal you will see a list of your invoices. Click on the invoice you wish to pay - where the date is listed, it may be labeled Open or Past Due. The example below is one that is labeled Past Due. You will be brought to a screen where you can enter your payment details.
***Please keep in mind that after a week of being past due your subscription will automatically cancel and you will need to sign up again.
PLEASE NOTE: If you just updated your credit card details you may need to enter them again on the payment screen, as the system is unable to retrieve them for the previously generated invoice.
DOWNLOADING YOUR RECEIPT/INVOICE
PLEASE NOTE: This must be done by the BILLING USER on your account. If you are not the Billing User, you will not have access to this view.
Under the heading INVOICE HISTORY, click on the date:
You will land on a screen where you can download your receipt/invoice:
REASSIGNING THE BILLING USER ON YOUR ACCOUNT
PLEASE NOTE: This must be done by the BILLING USER on your account. If you are not the Billing User, you will not have access to this view. Also, the BILLING USER was assigned by default to the client that was the first one on your account/workspace (and this could have been from when the account/workspace originated).
While logged into your account, click on the Settings icon in the upper right of your screen:
On the left side of the screen, click on Workspace Users:
Click on the PENCIL ICON to the far right of the row of the user that you wish to reassign as the BILLING USER:
