Within your account/workspace there is the ability to:
- Add users (based on your subscription level)
- Add or switch the product/app access to another user
**In the event that you need to REMOVE or EDIT a user, please contact our Client Engagement Team at 844-394-9960 or Fi360Support@broadridge.com.**
***Please find detailed guidance on the new features in this article, below. And, we also encourage you to watch the walkthrough video by CLICKING HERE.**
ADDING USERS TO YOUR WORKSPACE
PLEASE NOTE: This must be done by the BILLING USER on your account. If you are not the Billing User, you will not have access to this view.
-
A MESSAGE TO OUR ENTERPRISE CLIENTS:
If you are part of an Enterprise, your billing process will NOT change. A BILLING USER will be assigned to each workspace and granted the authority to view, add, and edit the users within your workspace given contractual user limits. If you have any questions, please contact your Broadridge Fi360 Solutions Relationship Management Team at Fi360RM@broadridge.com.
While under the WORKSPACE USERS area, you will see a button to add users (on the far right):
Once clicked, a box will come up for you to enter their email address:
Then a panel will come up to complete the details for this new user, and then click ADD USER in the lower right of the panel:
ADDING OR SWITCHING THE APP/PRODUCT ACCESS TO ANOTHER USER
PLEASE NOTE: This must be done by the BILLING USER on your account. If you are not the Billing User, you will not have access to this view.
Check the box to the left of the user to whom an app access will be added and then click on the MANAGE APPLICATIONS icon (upper right area):
When you click on MANAGE APPLICATIONS you will see the list of applications that you have purchased, and please note that Learning & Development app is there by default and cannot be changed.
Check the box to the left of the application you wish to add their access to and then click MAKE SELECTION:
PLEASE NOTE: if you try to ADD access to an app for another user and you have reached your subscription limits (number of users allowed) you will see a LIMIT REACHED pop-up message. In this case you can opt to remove access from a user and then reassign, OR, you can go under your SUBSCRIPTIONS tab (described earlier in this article) and change your subscription to a different level:
To REMOVE app access from a user – that has access to ONLY ONE APP/PRODUCT, place a check to the left of the user and click on MANAGE APPLICATIONS (first screenshot), THEN just click on MAKE SELECTION (second screenshot):
To remove app access from a user – that has access to MULTIPLE APPS, place a check to the left of the user and click on MANAGE APPLICATIONS, THEN put a check to the left of the app that you wish toKEEP active and then click MAKE SELECTION. This will remove the app and retain the one you want to KEEP ACTIVE.
In the screenshot/example below we have illustrated that the user has access to Fiduciary Focus Toolkit and Decision Optimizer and showing how to remove Decision Optimizer – so Fiduciary Focus Toolkit is checked as that is the app being retained.
PLEASE NOTE: In facilitating the process described above you may encounter the error message below (that we will be fixing), but you will be able to make the change successfully by clicking the OK button as long as your subscription limits have not been reached.
