Q: When can I expect the feed to update with the quarterly data?
A: As a general guideline, all integration data feeds should be updated by the 20th business day following quarter end. For example, if the quarter ends on 3/31/2026, the integrated data feed should be updated to reflect the new information by 4/28/2026.
Q: I submitted a request for a new provider but haven’t heard anything back yet. What do I do?
A: The request for a new provider can take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. Please be sure to have completed all required documentation per each provider’s authorization requirements. For more details on this, click here: (insert link to step 4 on Getting Started With Integrations Article)

Q: Why are my holdings without assets not feeding into my client's account?
A: Some providers do not send us holdings with a zero balance, this list can be found here: (link to the available providers article after adding this list to it). Should you want to include these in your feed, you may add them using a Sync Rule. (link to sync rules)
Q: An update was made to my client's account with the recordkeeper, but it is not reflected in my Fiduciary Focus Toolkit. When can I expect this change to come through?
A: Any changes made with a provider will not be visible until the following month's data feed, at the earliest. If those changes do not appear, the first step is reaching out to your provider to ensure the updated data feed is being sent. While waiting for the update to come through, you may also utilize our Sync Rules to override the current list of funds within the active feed by marking funds as to be included or removed.
