You no longer have to wait for reports to download
Improved report generation allows you to easily jump to your next task while your report processes in the background. No more waiting for reports to download means you can get on with your life(or start on your next report) while your first report generates. The new report downloads page houses all your monitoring, research and proposal reports that have been generated in the past 48 hours
Clicking a row allows you to download a report. If you prefer to group reports together in a zip file, you can now do that as well by checking the box and clicking the DOWNLOAD REPORTS button.
Showcase your investment due diligence process in proposals
Don't use the Fi360 Fiduciary Score? Want to show your score alongside the Fi360 Score? You can now include your custom investment due diligence process in proposal reports to replace or enhance the Fi360 Score in proposal PDFs. Triggers are applied when running a proposal report template that includes the custom score configuration.
New report sections and configurations
In addition to custom scores, proposal reports can now include 10 year portfolio performance overviews(think growth of $10k charts) and Fiduciary Score Summaries(think scatterplot bubble charts) that give clients a clear picture of where they stand!
A new proposal factsheet section also gives you all the important data you need on one page to document and present a proposed lineup. Proposal factsheets can be se to show the Fi360 Score or your custom score.
More sections are now available in landscape orientation so you can deliver the presentation style you prefer most. Sections newly available in landscape include:
- State of Affairs
- Proposal Factsheet
- Fiduciary Score Summary
- Custom Report Sections
You might be familiar with custom report sections in your monitoring reports. This update now allows those custom report sections to go in your proposal reports. This allows for an easy way to include:
- Why a prospect should work with you
- What's unique about your company and service model
- Additional context and messages about the proposal
- Whatever else you'd like to include in your report - this section is completely customizable by you
Easy conversion to new proposal features
As a reminder, all the new proposal reports you see above are available within the clients section of the Toolkit now. Want to convert your information from the legacy Prospects section to the new Proposal reports you see here? We've also made a utility available to convert your investments over. Once complete, these will be setup as a new 'prospective' client.
