New Feature - Peer Group Index Assignment
Report customization goes a bit further this release as Peer Group Index Assignment is now available. You are now able to customize the benchmark shown for a peer group within your reports. This configuration can be set globally in your Application Settings and can be tweaked at a client level when unique circumstances arise.
New Feature - More Report Sections
Three new report sections have been added to the Fiduciary Focus Toolkit! The Watch list Breakdown, Style Summary, and Investment Performance sections are now available for inclusion in a Research and/or Monitoring Report template.
Watchlist Breakdown - This section provides further detail on the due diligence analysis for each investment compared to your customized watchlist trigger. The section can print for all investments or only those which are ‘ON WATCH’ giving you more control of the length of your report. It is available only in a Monitoring Report template.
Style Summary/Details – Investments within a given style box generally invest in similar types of securities and therefore share the same risk factors. It is common best practice for a portfolio to diversify across multiple style boxes or for a plan lineup to offer options with many style categories. This section provides a visual dashboard highlighting the style boxes in your portfolio/lineup and the number of investments within each. It also can include a detail page which outlines the specific investment vehicles within each style box. It is available in both Research and Monitoring Report templates.
Investment Performance – This section is very similar to the Investment Snapshot except it is focused exclusively on investment performance across many time frames. It is available in both Research and Monitoring Report templates.
Improved Feature - Investment Workflow
Making you more efficient is always a top focus of ours. These two updates to the Investment Policy workflow will save you significant time.
Within the asset allocation step, you can now press one button to import the peer groups currently within your client’s account(s). You can then still tweak the peer groups and allocations as needed.
We have removed a number of unnecessary steps if you are not using an IPS Template (you don’t want to produce the IPS document, but you do want to setup watch list triggers for a monitoring report). In that scenario, the only necessary actions are to assign the watch list trigger(s) and select the asset allocation type.
Improved Feature - Limit Factsheets in Monitoring Reports
Within a Monitoring Report template, you can now choose to include all investment factsheets or only those which are ‘ON WATCH’. Like the similar Watch List Breakdown feature, this gives you more control of the length of your report.
Improved Feature - Integration Providers
We have more integrations to announce! The following providers are either active or will launch in the coming months. Some require firm-level integration authorization. This means that if you are affiliated with a broker-dealer or RIA aggregator, the provider will most likely require home office approval for the integration connection. On the positive side, we have worked with many of these home offices already and your data may already be available. Please check with Fi360support@broadridge.com for more details if this applies to you.
Active Now - AXA, BMO, PCS, and TIAA
Coming Soon - Fidelity NFS, First Mercantile, KTrade, Lincoln, Paychex, and TPPKC
