The third and final wave of report sections are now available in landscape layout. This includes the investment factsheet, which now can display monthly trends. An easier way to add notes to investments is also available. Read on to get the full details of how these improvements can help you document your due diligence process and create reports that clients love!
Factsheet report section now available in landscape
We recognize that our reports are not the only PDFs that go into your client presentations. Over the past few months, we’ve provided report sections in landscape orientation so you can find the layout that works best with the other materials you share. All pages of the investment factsheet report are now available in landscape. This means you can toggle between landscape or portrait for any research or monitoring report and get the same level of content. Head to the settings area of your Fiduciary Focus Toolkit™ today to edit your reports and customize the format that works best for you and your presentations!
New Report Option – Monthly Fiduciary Score Trends
Page 3 of the investment factsheet highlights recent trends in the Fiduciary Score® and it’s underlying criteria. It’s a great resource to see if an investment is trending positively or negatively and can aid in watchlist and replacement decisions. To date, only quarter-end information was displayed, however, to make it even easier to see trends and analyze data, this page can now be created showing either quarterly OR monthly trends in the Fiduciary Score®.
New Feature – Add Investment Notes from Client
Investment notes are an important part of documenting a prudent investment due diligence process. The Fiduciary Focus Toolkit allows you to input contextual notes about investment decisions either for your own benefit or to share with clients in a monitoring report. You can now add notes within the client holdings area. This is useful if you prefer to review each client’s holdings one by one. A more global review and list of previously entered notes can still be found in the investments area. Whichever method you prefer, we now deliver a way for you to spend less time entering notes!
