Q. What is the difference between a Draft, Client Ready, and Completed Report?
A. Draft reports may be used as a draft to check an account’s data or test out different templates. You can run as many drafts as you like, as no changes will be saved with a Draft.
Client Ready reports are used to save a particular template to a quarter. These reports can be downloaded with the same template in the future, as a template is saved to that quarter. Client Ready Reports can be reverted to a Draft should you need to make changes. Please see here for these instructions.
Completed status is used once the report has been delivered to the client. It is important to note that Completed reports cannot be reverted unless within the current quarter.
Q. How do I see what a report section looks like?
A. Please see our Report Samples page for visuals on report sections, here.
Q. I do not have a Monitoring Report available for the current quarter, why is that?
A. If you do not have a current Monitoring Report available to run, please check your Investment Policy tab to ensure the Investment Policy is up to date for that client account and that your Holdings have the current quarter listed and available.

Q. Why can’t I find the Template I just made when trying to run a report?
A. If you created a Report Template, please ensure you are accessing it from the appropriate section of the system, as there are several different report types within the Fiduciary Focus Toolkit.
- If you created a Research Report, it can be run from within the Holdings page or the Investment Screener.
- If you created a Monitoring Report, please navigate to the Monitoring Reports tab.
- If you created a Proposal Report, it can be accessed within the Proposals tab inside the client account.
