New Feature - Configurable Monitoring Reports
Report configuration has arrived to the quarterly monitoring report! Much like the Research Report which launched in November, you now have the option to select from various templates when generating a client’s monitoring report.
The report templates allow for numerous variations of the monitoring report such as short and long versions, a version without Fi360 Scores or client assets, a version with factsheets included, a version grouped by peer group instead of broad asset class and much more.
Visit the Monitoring Reports tab within a client and generate a report as you usually would to see the new features in context of your accounts. If you’d like to consider building your own template(s), please here for details.
New Feature - New Monitoring Report Sections
For starters, all of the existing sections within the Research Report are now available within the Monitoring Report. That includes the Fi360 Fiduciary Score® Breakdown, Fi360 Fiduciary Score® Summary (with Scatterplot), Investment Factsheet, Investment Snapshot and Standardized Performance Disclosure.
In addition, two new sections are now available exclusively in the Monitoring Report as they contain investment policy related information. The Holdings Summary and Watch List Summary sections focus the conversation on your unique watch list process or scoring system. While a large majority of our users utilize the Fi360 Score in some way, we know many advisors bring their own scoring process. These new sections allow for client reporting, which excludes the Fi360 Score.
Another major improvement to the previously static monitoring report is that the Watch List Summary displays the evaluation for ALL of the client’s holdings against their corresponding watch list criteria, not just the holdings ‘on watch’.
Finally, one seemingly small, but very valuable addition to the Watch List Summary is the inclusion of the ‘Score’ or # of passed flexible and/or required criteria as column(s) for each investment. So, your custom ‘Score’ is now shown on the monitoring report!

Improved Feature - New Integration Providers
We have more integrations to announce! The following providers are either active or will launch in the coming months. Some require firm-level integration authorization. This means that if you are affiliated with a broker-dealer or RIA aggregator, the provider will most likely require home office approval for the integration connection. On the positive side, we have worked with many of these home offices already and your data may already be available. Please check with Fi360support@broadridge.com for more details if this applies to you.
