You can change the benchmark index at the Peer Group level by visiting Application Management (gear icon) > Peer Group Index Assignment. Each Peer Group has a default benchmark assigned for performance comparison in Fiduciary Focus Toolkit reports. Defaults are identified and chosen by Morningstar's Category Index.
If you would like to change the Morningstar Default, simply click edit to the right side of the screen, choose Custom' in the dropdown menu, and type your desired benchmark. This will change every peer group index across your entire book of business for reporting.
If you wish to change a peer group index for a specific client, simply access the client account, select 'Peer Group Index', click Edit, choose 'Custom' in the dropdown menu, and type your desired index. This will only change the indexes in reports specific to the client you are working in.
