Users have the capability to create and customize Report Templates within the Fiduciary Focus Toolkit. This feature allows advisors to build their own Research, Proposal, or Monitoring Report Template/s by selecting from a wide range of available report sections. Users can select and arrange the sections to meet their client’s needs.

To Create a New Template by Copying an existing/inherited one, Click Here
To Create a Report Template from Scratch:
Click on Application Management (gear icon in the top right corner).
Navigate to the ‘Report Template Editor’ Tab from the options on the left side of the screen.
You can create and build your own Report Template from scratch by selecting the blue +ADD NEW TEMPLATE button located on the right side of the screen and following the instructions:
Create an Internal Name for the Report Template as well as the actual Report Title that will be displayed.
Select the Report Layout Orientation:
Choose the Template Type (Investment Research, Proposal, or Monitoring Report). Monitoring Reports are tied directly to your client account(s) to help you observe progress and direct your client’s funds. This report is generated from within a client’s account and available with Quarterly data. An Investment Research Report allows you to conduct your own research and due diligence on prospective funds and existing funds to guide you in the fund selection and evaluation process. These reports can be generated from within a client’s current holdings section, or within the Investment Screener. The Fi360 Proposal Report gives you the ability to win new business with a clear, credible PDF that clients quickly understand. The Proposal feature is now located within the actual Client interface, which is under Book of Business/Clients.
Other Options:
You can choose to Add a Table of Contents, Holdings 'As Of' Date, Page Numbers, Footer Disclosure, or Include/Remove the Action Bubbles for Investments.
Select your report sections by clicking on the blue “Choose Report Sections” button on the left side of the screen. Use the checkbox to add or remove sections of the report. Once you have chosen your sections, click 'MAKE SELECTION'.
After selecting your desired Report Sections, you can arrange their order by dragging and dropping the small grid icon next to the section title. (The system will default to Alphabetical Order)
You can customize the report section configuration by opening each section and changing your grouping and sorting order.
Once the report template design is complete, click the blue SAVE button on the bottom right corner of the page.
Your template will be available for use immediately within the system. *Please note that template visibility will depend on the Template Type chosen during creation:
Monitoring Report Templates will only be available for use with Quarterly Performance
Monitoring
Proposal Report Templates will be available in the Proposal Area of the client account (not the
Prospects tab)
Investment Research Templates can be used in the Investment Screener or Client Holdings area
To Create a Report Template using an existing/ inherited template:
Click on Application Management (gear icon in the top right corner).
Navigate to the ‘Report Template Editor’ Tab from the options on the left side of the screen.
You will see all of the user-inherited Report Templates provided by Fi360 or your Enterprise Home Office. You cannot make changes to these options, but you can copy them and make updates to your copied template.
Click on the Copy icon located to the far-right side of the Inherited Report Template that you wish to modify.
Enter a name for your Report Template, click OK
From the Report Template list, locate your newly created template and click on the name to open the edit window.
Once in the Edit Screen, you can change the Report Title, Layout, Template type, and options as you see fit.
Other Options:
