Accruing/Reporting Continuing Education (CE) Credits
Continuing Education (CE) is an integral part of the annual Fi360 Designation Renewal and Reinstatement process. For further details on renewing or reinstating your designation, please refer to our related help articles.
Fi360 Designation Continuing Education (CE) Short Courses are accessible through your Learning & Development portal. To get started, sign in, open Learning & Development, and navigate to the 'Continuing Education' tab.
In this section, you will find a record of every CE Credit you have submitted toward your Fi360 Designation(s).
You can use this tab to self-report Outside Continuing Education (CE) Credits via the 'Submit My CE' button or to explore our 'CE Catalog'. Remember, you can only report up to two hours of outside CE credit per renewal cycle. Refer to the Continuing Education (CE) Requirements policy for further details.
To browse available Short Courses, click the 'CE Catalog' button located in the top right corner, or access it through the 'CE Catalog' tab on the left side of the screen.
The Catalog is organized by the course added date, with the most recent additions appearing at the top. You can use the Search bar above the Catalog to find courses by topic, keyword, or title. Additionally, sort courses by earned CE credit status by clicking on the Earned CE Credit tab.
Courses marked as NO in that column are ones you have yet to complete and earn CE credit for, while those marked as YES indicate courses you have already completed and cannot be repeated for CE credit.
To add a CE Short Course, click the 'Add Course' button. This will direct you to your 'Courses & Exams' section. Enter the selected short course to view the presentation. After watching the video, complete the course assessment.
Upon passing the course assessment, your Continuing Education (CE) credit will be automatically submitted to your account. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for the course credit to appear in your account.
Please note, designees are not permitted to report the same session more than once.

Understanding Course Completion Notifications
We are aware of some confusion regarding the verbiage used in our third-party Learning Management System. Upon completion of one section of the course, you will receive a notification that says “Lesson Complete. Looks like you’ve already completed this lesson.”
It is important to note that each course is broken down into specific lessons. The appearance of the “Lesson Complete” message indicates that you’ve completed that section of the course.
To proceed to the next part of the course, choose one of the below actions:
- Select the next lesson directly from the list of course sections (outlined in green)
- Click the “Next” arrow located on the top of the course breakdown (outlined in purple)
- Close and reopen the course (outlined in red)
Should you have any additional issues proceeding in your course, please contact our Client Support Team.
